Yes Kim Kardashian is on the current front cover of a Russian version of Playboy and a very tasty and hot cover it is of her in a “red skimpy thing”.  On the surface this would quite easily answer the Playboy posing question with a firm “Yes she is posing again for Playboy”. Thats on the surface, but if you dig deeper and according to quite a few sources and from the lady herself, the actual photos are what are in the trade called “recycled”, in other words old shoots or back catalogue brought out for a re show.
